Turnkey Electronics
A defined path from requirements to prototypes, pilot builds, and manufacturing handover. Scope and acceptance criteria come first.
Explore the processENGINEERING-LED / FROM CONCEPT TO DELIVERY
Connect circuit design, prototype validation, and manufacturing handover through clearly defined engineering milestones.
Not ready for full development? Start with the decisions that matter.
Engineering prototype. Board layout published with the company watermark; not a final production version.
01 / HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Start with a focused decision, a feasibility review, or a full development scope. The next milestone should always be clear.

Approved examples should reveal the constraints, decisions, validation work, and actual delivery stage behind a project.
CASE STUDY CONTENT FRAMEWORK
Public summaries only. Items are published once the client or employer has approved disclosure; a project, deployment, or production outcome is never implied otherwise.
03 / THE DELIVERY PATH
Each phase has agreed outputs and acceptance criteria. Changes are assessed before they become part of the scope.
Requirements, constraints, risks, and acceptance criteria.
Circuit, PCB, BOM, and integration decisions.
Prototype testing, issue tracking, and revisions.
Build preparation, test procedures, and first-article review.
Agreed files, revision records, and support boundaries.
04 / ENGINEERING PERSPECTIVE
CircuitBay's approach draws on technical leadership, PCBA factory operations, hands-on prototyping, and external manufacturing handover.
The value is in connecting decisions across the project—not simply placing another factory order.
TECHNICAL ADVISORY
Bring a specific technical question, design trade-off, or manufacturing concern. Start with a scoped review, a focused conversation, and a written next step.
Outline a consultationScope, fee, availability, and terms are confirmed before payment. This preview does not take bookings.
Yes. A paid feasibility or architecture review can define the requirements, constraints, risks, and next phase before full development.
This proposal focuses on board-level electronics and product engineering. ASIC projects require a separate capability, partner, and delivery review; no silicon tape-out is promised here.
Projects are assessed by their engineering scope. Development fees and manufacturing quantities are separate; a small quantity does not mean only paying for components.
Start with a non-confidential summary. Appropriate confidentiality and secure file-sharing arrangements should be in place before schematics, source code, or unpublished inventions are shared.
START A CONVERSATION
Share the use case, current stage, and the outcome you need. Keep the first summary non-confidential.
