What this site collects
This website is served as static files. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
- If you submit the project requirements form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company or project name, email address, your description of the problem and use case, current stage, engagement type, constraints, budget range, timeline, quantity, NDA requirement, and target market.
- If you email us, we receive your message and the contact details you include.
- Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (such as IP address and user agent) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Why it is collected
Submitted details are used to assess whether there is a suitable way to work together, to respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the enquiry and any resulting engagement. Where you separately opt in, your email address is also used to send occasional technical notes.
Required and optional information
On the project requirements form, the fields marked as required are necessary to assess the enquiry. Fields marked optional — including expected quantity, target market, company or project name, and the marketing opt-in — may be left blank. The marketing opt-in is never pre-selected and is not a condition of submitting an enquiry.
Do not send confidential material at first contact
The initial form is designed for non-confidential summaries. Please do not send full schematics, source code, production credentials, or unpublished inventions through the form. Confidential material is handled only after appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place. This site does not provide a public file upload facility, and attachments are never stored in publicly accessible website assets.
Recipients
Submitted details are not sold. They may be processed by service providers that operate the website, email, and form delivery infrastructure on our behalf, and may be disclosed where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any statutory or contractual record-keeping requirements, and are then deleted or anonymised.
Access and correction
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the contact address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Cross-border handling
Website and email infrastructure may store or process data outside your own jurisdiction. The specific arrangement depends on the providers in use and should be confirmed before relying on this page for a particular legal requirement.
